Kodi Alternatives to Phoenix – July 2017

BOB Unleashed

BOB is currently the number 1 Kodi addon and includes a number of developers from Phoenix, so it’s always top of the list to add to your Kodi.:

-Open Kodi and go to System > File Manager (for Kodi 17 click the “Settings” gear icon in the top left of Kodi home screen and then select “File Manager.”)
-Select “Add Source”
-Select the box which says “None”
-Type http://noobsandnerds.com/portal and click “Done”
-Go to the box underneath which says “Enter a name for this media source” and type “NaN” before clicking “OK”
-Click back to your Home Screen
-Select System>Settings>Add-ons (for Kodi 17, just click “Addons” from the Kodi home screen, then click the addons browser icon in the top left)
-Select “Install from zip file”
-Select “NaN”
-Select noobsandners.repo-x.x.zip
-After you see the “Add-on Enabled” notification go back to the Addons menu and click “Install from Repository”
-Select “Noobs and Nerds Repo” > “Video Addons” > “BOB Unleashed” and Install

 

Skynet

Skynet is another great playlist addon with a lot of work from the Maverick addon developers.

-Open Kodi and go to System > File Manager (for Kodi 17 click the “Settings” gear icon in the top left of Kodi home screen and then select “File Manager.”)
-Select “Add Source”
-Select the box which says “None
-Type http://maverickrepo.net and click “Done
-Go to the box underneath which says “Enter a name for this media source” and type “Maverick” before clicking “OK”
-Click back to your Home Screen
-Select System>Settings>Add-ons (for Kodi 17, just click “Addons” from the Kodi home screen, then click the addons browser icon in the top left)
-Select “Install from zip file
-Select “Maverick
-Select repository.maverick-x.x.zip
-After you see the “Add-on Enabled” notification go back to the Addons menu and click “Install from Repository
-Select “Maverick TV Repo” > “Video Addons” > “Skynet” and Install

 

SALTS – Stream all the Sources

SALTS is another long time Kodi addon which went through some trouble recently, but now this great addons has a new home.

-Open Kodi and go to System > File Manager (for Kodi 17 click the “Settings” gear icon in the top left of Kodi home screen and then select “File Manager.”)
-Select “Add Source”
-Select the box which says “None
-Type http://mediarepos.net/kodistuff and click “Done
-Go to the box underneath which says “Enter a name for this media source” and type “Kodi Stuff” before clicking “OK”
-Click back to your Home Screen
-Select System>Settings>Add-ons (for Kodi 17, just click “Addons” from the Kodi home screen, then click the addons browser icon in the top left)
-Select “Install from zip file
-Select “kodistuff
-Select repository.smash-x-x-x.zip
-After you see the “Add-on Enabled” notification go back to the Addons menu and click “Install from Repository
-Select “Smash Repository” > “Video Addons” > “SALTS” and Install

 

UK Turks Playlists

UK Turk has a lot of content and some great UK content you won’t find anywhere else.

-Open Kodi and go to System > File Manager (for Kodi 17 click the “Settings” gear icon in the top left of Kodi home screen and then select “File Manager.”)
-Select “Add Source”
-Select the box which says “None
-Type https://addoncloud.org/ukturk/install and click “Done
-Go to the box underneath which says “Enter a name for this media source” and type “Turks” before clicking “OK”
-Click back to your Home Screen
-Select System>Settings>Add-ons (for Kodi 17, just click “Addons” from the Kodi home screen, then click the addons browser icon in the top left)
-Select “Install from zip file
-Select “Turks
-Select repository.ukturk-x-x-x.zip
-After you see the “Add-on Enabled” notification go back to the Addons menu and click “Install from Repository
-Select “UKTurk Addon Repository” > “Video Addons” > “UK Turks Playlists” and Install

 

Specto

Specto is an Exodus fork, and has so much content and can integrate with debrid services, Trakt and more, so is a great Phoenix alternative.

-Click back to your Home Screen
-Select System>Settings>Add-ons (for Kodi 17, just click “Addons” from the Kodi home screen, then click the addons browser icon in the top left)
-Select “Install from zip file
-Select “Specto
-Select repository.filmkodi.com-x.x.x.zip
-After you see the “Add-on Enabled” notification go back to the Addons menu and click “Install from Repository
-Select “Filmkodi.com repository – MRKNOW” > “Video Addons” > “Specto” and Install
